These terms cover your use of our websites. They also set the ground rules for working with us.

About these terms
These terms are between you and Sentinel Alpha LLC (“we” and “us”). They cover sentinelalpha.ai.
By using the websites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the websites.
Our Privacy policy, Messaging terms and AI use pages also apply.
Using the websites
Use the websites only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break in, overload the websites, or copy them in bulk.
Do not use them to send unwanted messages or to pretend to be someone else.
When you contact us, please leave out customer records, passwords and other sensitive details.
What the websites are
The websites give general information about us and our services. Reading them, or sending us a request, does not create a service agreement.
The examples and the demo show the kind of work we set up. They are examples, not a promise of results for your business, and not a promise that every feature shown is ready for you today.
Our services
Each service starts with a written agreement. It says what we will do and who does what. It also says how data is handled and how either side can end the service.
If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins for that service.
An example on this site is not a promise that a feature is included.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to share the data and connect the accounts you give us.
- You decide which actions need your yes first, such as posts and messages that speak for the business.
- Check what an AI prepares before it goes out in your name.
- You are responsible for your own messages. You must also have the right to contact the people you message.
- Follow the law and our Messaging terms when you message your customers.
AI and its limits
AI can make mistakes. It can give answers that are incomplete or wrong. Please check what matters before you rely on it.
Our tools do not replace emergency services or professional advice.
Ownership
The websites and what is on them belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may view them and link to them. Please do not copy them and present them as your own.
You keep ownership of what you give us. You let us use it only to provide the service to you and to meet legal duties.
No promise that it always works
We provide the websites and our tools “as is.” That means we do not promise that they will always work or be free of errors.
Systems and outside services can stop or change.
Limits on our responsibility
The law allows us to limit what we owe you, and we do. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost business. Our total responsibility for any claim is no more than the amount you paid us for the service involved.
Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Some rights cannot be limited by law. Those stay as they are. It also does not limit what we owe for harm we cause on purpose.
Ending and changes
You may stop using the websites at any time. We may block access if someone breaks these terms.
The written agreement for a service says how that service ends, and how data is returned or deleted.
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown on this page. A change does not alter a signed agreement unless both sides agree.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of New York. Any court case about the websites or these terms is brought in New York, unless the law where you live gives you another right. If you have a problem, please write to us first so we can try to fix it. This does not limit rights you have under your own state’s consumer laws.
General
If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, our Privacy policy, our Messaging terms and our AI use page are the whole agreement for using the websites.
