How we use AI
This page explains how our tools use AI and the rules we keep.
Effective date: October 25, 2026
Where AI helps
AI is software that can write, answer questions and speak. Some of our tools use AI. Examples are writing social posts and drafting replies for an owner to approve.
Our rules for AI
- An AI never claims to be a person. If you ask, it says it is an AI.
- Where an AI handles a conversation, it says so. It also offers a call back from a person.
- Owners decide which actions need their yes first. You choose what it may send on its own and what waits for your OK.
- In commercials and reels, real photos, numbers and lettering are never changed. If we add AI-made pictures or voices, we say so.
- A person checks each setup before it goes live.
What AI cannot promise
AI can make mistakes. It can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Please check what matters.
We do not promise that AI is always right, or that it can replace people.
The examples on our websites show the kind of work we set up. They are examples, not a promise of results for your business.
Your information
We keep customer data private and do not sell personal data. Before service begins, we agree with the business what records are kept, who can access them and how long they are needed.
Our Privacy policy has the details.
Laws that apply
The same consumer-protection laws apply to AI as to everything else. Calls and texts that use AI follow the same rules as other automated calls and texts.
Read our Messaging terms to see how we handle consent and requests to stop.
Report a problem
If an AI message seems wrong or harmful, or claims to be a person, tell us at hello@sentinelalpha.ai. We will look into it promptly.
