Who we are

Sentinel Alpha LLC (“we” and “us”) runs sentinelalpha.ai. We offer software tools and customer-messaging services for small businesses, and we build custom tools to order for work and home.

We keep customer data private and do not sell personal data. Personal data identifies you or can be linked to you.

What we collect

• If you write to us, we get the details you choose to share. This can include your name, business name, contact details and message. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive details in a first message.
• When you visit, our website host receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you ask for. It may use these details to deliver the site and keep it safe. It may also keep short records of visits.
• Your browser also loads our fonts from our font provider. That provider receives your IP address and browser details.
• If you choose a light or dark look, or pause motion, your browser remembers that choice. We never receive it.

Our websites have no tracking scripts or analytics, and we set no cookies of our own.

How we use it

• We use the details you send us to answer you and to discuss your request.
• We use technical details to run the websites, keep them safe and fix problems.
• We may use information to follow the law and protect our rights.

We will tell you before we use your data in a new way.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use no advertising or analytics providers. We share information only in these cases:

• With service providers that help us run the websites and answer your email, such as our website host and our email provider. They may use the information only to do that work for us.
• When the law requires it, or to protect people’s safety or our legal rights.
• With a buyer, if our business is sold or merged.
• With anyone else, only with your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep a request only as long as we need it to answer you and for our business records. Then we delete it or remove your details.

Backups that may still hold a deleted request are removed when they expire. If the law makes us keep something longer, we keep only what it requires.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have these rights:

• Know what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy.
• Correct data that is wrong.
• Delete your data.
• Say no to the sale or sharing of your data, and to targeted ads. We do none of these.
• Limit how we use sensitive data.
• Be treated the same whether or not you use these rights.

To use a right, write to hello@sentinelalpha.ai. We may need to check that the request comes from you.

You can ask someone to act for you. We may ask for proof.

We answer promptly, and within the time the law sets. If we say no, we tell you why. You can ask us to review it. If you still disagree, you can contact your state attorney general.

We offer these choices to everyone, wherever you live.

Do Not Track signals

Do Not Track asks websites not to track you. Global Privacy Control asks websites not to sell or share your data.

We do not track visitors or sell your data, so we treat everyone the same. If that changes, we will honor these signals as the law requires.

Apart from our website host and our font provider, no outside company collects information through our websites. We have not set up any outside company to follow what you do on other websites. Our host and font provider get technical details only to serve the page.

Children

Our websites are for adults, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If you think a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

Each AI assistant gets only the access its job needs. Passwords are kept locked away.

No system is perfectly safe. Safeguards like these reduce risk, but they do not make software error-free.

If a breach puts your personal data at risk, we will tell you as the law requires.

Business customers

When a business uses our tools, we handle its customers’ data for that business. The business decides what the data is used for.

Before service begins, we agree with the business what records are kept, who can access them and how long they are needed.

If you are a customer of one of these businesses, ask that business first.
